I'd be surprised if glibc isn't installed already. Pretty much
everything depends on it. It should be on the cd you installed SuSe 7
from, in any case.
Aarnet has a mirror of suse. You can find mysql here:
ftp://mirror.aarnet.edu.au/pub/suse/i386/7.0/suse/pay1/
I'd be surprised if this wasn't on your installation cd though.
