Ok...  here goes:

1. Gateway connected to internet permanently is MX host for domain. Needs
to relay to the hub.

2. Hub needs to handle those mails as well as gathering outbound ones.

3. Which need to be relayed back to gateway for distribution.

considering the zone file is about 16MB or something (according to numbers
on the How-to to use DUL at mail-abuse.org) i am not leaping to use DUL...

restricting by the "To:" for imbound and the host for outbound would be
sufficient.
