I guessed as much.  We moved offices at work so our mailserver
was off for probably 2-3 days.  Funny you should get a permanent
failure though, the bigwetspot (we're a telstra BP direct customer)
is supposed to be our secondary mx.  I wouldn't be at all surprised
if it doesn't work though.  Hopefully my new email address and
me bypassing the work mailserver should solve my slug email problems.
