I recently upgraded from RH6 to RH7 and when I tried too use pppd I got an error message along the lines of: "this kernel does not support ppp". I tried "modprobe ppp" but got some sort of module not found error. I looked in the modules directory, /lib/modules/2.2.16(whatever)/net, and I found a ppp.o in there. Can anyone please help, I hate it when I have to boot WinDOS. Thanks, John Francis. p.s.
