2.2.18 has the USB code in it, and it's available - I compiled it in last
weekend. Pity half the other stuff broke and I went back to 2.2.16, but...

You may need to select the "Prompt for incomplete/experimental code"
option at the first sub menu from make menuconfig to enable it, however.
Not sure on this one.
