As (hopefully) you are all aware Linux.Conf.Au was held last week at
UNSW. We had lots of interesting and high-profile speakers there and
a number of them have agreed to venture forth to SLUG as well.
We hope to have Rik van Riel (Memory Management), Jeff Dike (UML --
User Mode Linux) and our home-grown Richard Gooch (devfs) there
in attendence. There may even be possibly more.
The details, as usual, are:
Location: University of Technology, Sydney
Room: Building 1, Level 4, Room 6 (1.406)
enter via main revolving door and head left to the
other revolving door and then turn right and walk
till the end.
Time: 18:00, for 18:30 start
Cost: entry is free, $1 for tea/coffee
Hope to see you there,
Anand
