I have used Quanta, Jill uses it a lot at home here. Its excellent, with a file manager
window, a window that renders your HTML and a window that shows the code. Pulldowns and
tabs neatly organise the available commands. However it is yet another another HTML
editor, and even though a good one, it is not similar to Dreamweaver. Send an email to
Dreanweaver pointing out that you are a user of their excellent product under windows
but
as you are now moving to a Linux platform you are interested in a version of the
product
for Linux :-)
