When I connect my laptop to my LAN I use a server to give it a
address via DHCP. Problem is that it gets ICMP redirect packets
from the machine.

When I do a ping it shows a response of "Redirect Host(New nexthop:"
and then the address of the machine which I am usually trying to
ping.

It works fine on another network where the DHCP server is on a
windows machine and other machines on my my network, such as my
kids windows machine, works fine.

The linux machine is gettings its routing mucked up. Any ideas
how to fix it?
