all seti will test is cpu time 4-5 average machines will probably beat
your one swanked up box.
what you want to do is test io throughput. try a "make -j" on the
linux kernel source, or run dbench or one of the nfs-server/apache
tests.
hell, run TUX and beat mindcraft in your living room.
(get an old copy of doom, and see how many frames you can get out of
it ;)
