Hey all, Those wacky guys at LinuxWorld have put together a booklet and CD pack for... Well, not just new Linux users it seems. There's the usual 'how to connect to the Internet', only it covers cable, ADSL and the very, very evil ISDN as well. There's the usual 'how to set up Apache to serve webpages to your sister's Macintosh in the next room', only it covers setting up an e-commerce system too... Presumably to sell your sister's makeup kits back to her at exhorbitant prices. On the (four!) CDs... TurboLinux and Red Hat 7 are the distro choices, but then there's stuff like Win4Lin and VMware, the whole of the LDP, and (sit down for a moment...) Tarantella Express. Anyway, if someone would like to review one for the SLUG website, reply to me with your address and stuff.
