apt-get install qmail-src
It builds qmail for you, sets it up using DNS (for /var/qmail/control/me) doesn't use 
the stupid /var/qmail/rc crap that DJB does, either. Also includes qmail-pop3d, it 
just needs uncommenting in /etc/init.d/qmail
