I seen it before, but aint played with it... apparently the guy who made it
used(or still may) to work for MicroSoft, and is now some Unix Person or
something or other...
The main focus for it is user firendly ness... ie: event driven menu-ing,
etc...
His aim is to simplify the transition for dumb Windows users trying to
migrate to Linux... and then to learn and migrate to a more 'mature' linux
distro... etc...

Cheers,
John Z.

Subject: [SLUG] Anyone heard of this? (Redmond Linux)

I was browsing http://mirror.aarnet.edu.au/ just now, found the
"Mirror Updates and News" link for the first time, and in that
list saw a reference to:

RedmondLinux Build22 released (including ISO)
http://mirror.aarnet.edu.au/pub/redmondlinux/

Anyone heard of this before? Is it what the name suggests that
it could be?
