First posting on the list - so please, be gentle :-)
I'm trying to get Virtual POP working on a RH6.2 machine (we were going to be using
Mirapoint but they can't get us a box quick enough!).
I've read through all of the docs and know how to do it - but I can't find any details
on the reliability of the new vpop3d which supports the virtual pop accounts. I'm
also concerned with security - would prefer an SSL solution.
I'm open to comments - but the following are pretty much set in stone
Have to use 6.2 (2.2.17 kernel)
Have to use sendmail
Has to be secure and robust
Has to support multiple domains with both SMTP and POP/IMAP
Any comments welcome
