[SLUG] Ripping files out of an RPM

The Eterm RPM that comes with Mandrake has a bunch
of nice tiles and backgrounds, which my Debian system
sadly lacks... so is it possible to rip individual or
selected files out of an RPM and then manually
shuffle them to the correct directory??

If so, how would one go about it?
