As announced at the last meeting, our Annual General Meeting is coming
up this month. This will be held during the usual monthly meeting on
Friday 30th March.
Of course, this means it's time to elect a new committee!
Nominations are sought for the following positions:
President
Vice-President
Treasurer
Secretary
3 committee members
If you'd like to nominate yourself or someone else (once you've checked
it's ok with them) for any of these positions then please do so by email
to the mailing list, [EMAIL PROTECTED] Candidates should also post their
platform to the list.
So, if you've been looking for a way to get involved with the running of
SLUG, this is your chance! If you've got great new ideas, think the
group should be exploring new areas, or even if you just want to put
your energy into keeping things chugging along (!) then make sure you
take this opportunity to put your name down and let everyone know who
you are and what your ideas are.
