Gee you don't want much Rick! Postscript is _NOT_ a semantic language
so any converter would have no way, beyond guessing, the meaning of
headings, paragraphs, lines drawn across the page. Postscript
describes pages based on lines, curves and text on pages at specific
font sizes. Not H1, H2 etc.
You could use pstotext which sucks out the text, where possible.
