SDF: Simple Document Format.  Based on Perl's Plain Old Documentation
(POD) it aims to be simple and, importantly, author-friendly.  That
means the tags are _REALLY_ simple.  Here's an example:

H3: This is a heading

Here we have a paragraph with {{I:some italics}}.

Here's another paragraph and an image coming up.

* Some bullet
* points here

SDF can output in HTML, postscript, LaTeX, SGML (Linuxdoc DTD), Man,
pod and Framemaker formats.
