Yep, that's what I'm talking about, Willis.

I had a look at one, and in the autorun.inf file it had:

[autorun]
open=start16.exe
icon=start16.exe,0

So in this case I assume that it is somewhere in the executable, but
looking in the executable it's difficult to see where it would be.

In another one the autorun.inf read:

[autorun]
open = install.exe 
icon = organize.ico

In this case it exists as a separate file.
