[SLUG] (OT) Optus performance

Is anyone out there having trouble with Optus ? 

Their network (as I type) is painfully slow, and this is not the first
time this has happened. Not much point in my upgrading to HDSL unless they
can do better than right now. I'd do just as well with a 14.4 modem
instead of the ISDN that I have.
