Your talking about ipmasqadm but when the server replies, ipchains forwards
as the linuxs IP address not the IP of the server..

Umm, my understanding of it all is that you only need "something" to
collect from the outside on well known on well known ports and that the
server replies on other ports.
e.g.
203.x.y.z:80 goes to internal http server, which could be on any
port
203.x.y.z:etc
