No, but you need to load the magic helper module, ip_masq_ftp, first -
this module tells the kenrel how to handle active FTP data connections
for masqueraded hosts.

IP Masquerading has helpers for a number of other protocols too,
including IRC (for DCC transfers), Quake, vdolive and others.
