I am using ghostscript and asking for A3 paper, but not getting it. (i.e
the printer continues to print to a4 paper). At some stage in the past I
have had t working, but have "upgraded since"
Something is telling me that I have to fiddle the output file and
"prepend" a bin switching command for my printer to make this work. Is
this still the case?
