I was hoping to be a Pacific Internet customer about 2 months ago however,
problems with a major telco (no names) resulted in the service apparently being
connected (and documentation produced to prove this....twice) while my phone
line runs through a RIM exchange and is therefore incapable of having ADSL,
ever. My dealings with PI have been outstanding, they offer a great service (on
paper) and they would permit me to install any number of computers on the ADSL
link, run and number/type of servers I chose, as well as offerring me free and
unlimited uploads. This fact alone convinced me to choose them for their
service. Now all I need is said telco to actually do what they've already
documented and install the ADSL line.

P.S. Anyone who is either a lawyer or knows a lawyer, could you contact me
offlist regarding my problem?
