The lock file does not exist. Netscape is freezing randomly for this user
and no others on the same same machine.

:There is always a file created called in you hidden .netscape directory called
:"lock" When Netscape crashes on me I have to manually delete it. If it is still
:there from a previous session Netscape will still run but it will not use the
:local cache, thats all.
