With all the news at the moment about "intellectual property" and
Microsoft's apparent assertion (or is that backing the peabrained member
for Texas) that Linux "should be made illegal as it damages intellectual
property rights" (and this Texan git will make it illegal to distribute if
his Digital Security bill gets up - which it won't !!!), I thought the
following quote by the Eurpoean member for ICAAN, the Internet Corporation
for Assigned Names and Numbers, was rather interesting;

        "What lawyers call "intellectual property" is -- as every Latin student
knows -- no more than theft from the public domain."
        -- Andy Mueller-Maguhn, newly elected ICANN board member for Europe.

Echoing what we all allready knew, of course...

Jon
