Yep, there is a special clamp for them. You will need a pair or more. It
works off the bearers.
1. Take one board
2. Shave off tongue
3. lay first board, nail well.
4. lay second board[1], clamp[2], nail,
5. repeat 4 until opposite wall reached (don't nail last 1/2 boards[3])
6. remove bottom lip of the groove of the second last board
7. shave last board to fill space.
8. fit last tow boards like so /\.
9. step/bash last two board down.
[1] some people lay 2 or 3 at one clamping(not recommended for cypress
flooring), Laying four is fscking reckless.
[2] clamp well as the flooring usually shrinks over the years(doesn't
matter if you are carpetting).
[3] You will find you can not clamp about the last four(?). Use big
wooden lever {:-) for clamping.
Polished cypress pine flooring looks bloody fantastic and shows every
spec of dirt. I might still have the dodgy brothers floor sanding
service phone number if you want it.
{:-) They don't call me moon face for nothing {:-).
Don't know about this "uniclic" stuff. Is that the
pyneboard/chipboard/compressed toxic glue and woodscraps stuff?
