Does anyone here have a windows98 (in my case, win98/win4lin) talking to tinydns or dnscache successfully?
I have just found my win4lin session not resolving names at all, when configured to only look at my dnscache or tinydns servers. Reconfiguring dhcpd to provide an external dns server to the win4lin session solved the problem. However the dnscache and tinydns servers appear to be working fine for my linux and Mac boxes. Any ideas? -- Jim. -- SLUG - Sydney Linux User Group Mailing List - http://slug.org.au/ More Info: http://lists.slug.org.au/listinfo/slug
