Yes, I'd agree - but it was one of the deciding factors behind me NOT getting an IPAQ and going for a PalmPilot (OK, there's no Linux for the pp yet, but a Taiwan company is releasing one before Christmas I hear).. I didn't want to fsck it up and have to ship it back to the USA to have it fixed... I've been making nice noises to a Compaq lady in Sydney who said she *might*, and I stress the "might", be able to "acquire" a copy of the software they use in the USA for me... I'm not putting any great hope on it, but if it does come off, it will be a definate plus..
