Check out the Cyclades website they have a number of sync cards 
that can run at that speed.  We've been playing with the dual X.21 
and its ok apart from lockups when the clock glitches.  May not suit 
your application though as X.21 requires symetric clocking which 
your HDSL NTU may not support.
