Hi George, Depending on your needs, and the amount of money your customer or yourself are willing to spend you might also want to look at MC/Service Gaurd for Linux. Service Gaurd for Linux is a port of the fairly common HA Clustering Environment for HP/UX.
There is a press release for the Linux Version availiable here: http://www.hp.com/products1/linux/news_events/press_releases/mcserviceguard_linux.html I have had a fair bit of experience under HP-UX with Servicegaurd and i think that its not a bad product. I am fairly sure Apache could be used as a package under SG/LX Fairly Easily. Although, i guess the downpoint here is that you would more than likely have to buy HP Netservers..
