I've not used XP at all and certainly never with Linux but with previous
iterations of Windows you had to install windows first and on the first
partition then install Linux afterwards on later partitions. This was
*the* way and I doubt it's changed for this new cersion of windows.
Having never been a dual booter, I could be completely wrong but this is
the solution I recall being bandied about :)
