You can draw ASCII art in Emacs 21 with your mouse. :)

That one is done with figlet. It just does pretty text in different fonts.

Hmm, no. But I'm sure someone can recommend something... How about DIA with
a bit of GIMP raster->ASCII? (It will probably look erksome.)
