I am ashamed to admit that I deleted the several repiles that I had to a query I posted to SLUG a couple of weeks ago before I had the chance to see if the suggested procedures would work
I'll post the query again (with further clarity---I didn't make something clear last time). The department has a colour copier with is driven by a PC that operated Windows only. The PC and printer are a stand-alone pair---I can't send anything to the PC; if I want to print something I have to download it from my terminal to a floppy and upload it to the colour printer's PC. (Please---no comment on the arrangement; I *know* it's dreadful.) The printer has a PostScript driver. So, how do I send a PostScript file for printing? I received a couple of disparate suggestions. One, I think, involved renaming the file to myfile.prn. Others used a copy command with a mandatory colon, as I recall. Which I don't, completely. Any re-help would be gratefully received.
