Does anyone have some notes on setting up efax as a print queue?
I think I need to work out how to tell it which device to use. The doco
isn't being too helpful.
I would ideally like to define it as a basic printer so I can use a word
processor to out put a postscript, pass that postscript through
ghostscript, then efax. This is all do-able by command line, but
following the man doco for fax/efax doesn't produce anything.
