The easiest way to do this would be to just set the machines up to bridge between the two networks. More elegantly, route between the two wireless nodes and have them as the gateways for the client machines behind them. However note that there is _NO_ security in any of this! You _MUST_ set up some form of encryption and authentication between these two! Do not rely on the Wired Equivelant Privacy (WEP) on the wireless cards.
