You can get great roo steaks at Franklins Big Fresh in Marrickville
and your local butcher will be able to order it in. It's not as cheap
as it should be but it's delicious!

Nothing like chicken. More like venison with less fat. It's a very
lean, healthy meat. If anyone's interested I have an excellent
recipe.
