The easiest way is to use Evolution's built in SMTP stuff, rather like
sending email from Windows mailers. Then you don't have to set up an MTA.
If you're saying it doesn't authenticate when you send via SMTP, it sounds
like you've tried to enter a user/pass for the outgoing mailserver - this is
unnecessary. Turn off SMTP authentication, and it will work.
