I think you'll find that Flow do use Telstra. I had an issue with them a couple of months back when I discovered that I couldn't do assymetric routing thru them (in one door, our the other). I suggested that they must be blocking something. After a few heated exchanges they finally admitted that it was in their agreement with Telstra that they would not do AR.
