This relates to a problem that was on the list a few weeks ago, namely dealing with MS Word files on a Linux system.
I am using StarOffice 5.2 which shows amendments made in revision mode. I have just discovered that when there are layers of amendments, SO doesn't show them properly. Word shows amendments in different colours depending on the source of the amendment. Shows up just fine using Winword under Wine.
