I can't decipher all these instructions to load up programs like WINE, SQL- Ledger, etc, etc. I could have a very long list of these programs I would dearly like to have running but can't seem to break the knowledge barrier to get them going. What I am trying to do is eliminate completely any reliance on M$ Crashware, the only things I have need of it for these days is CAD and Accounting software, if only because both are captive systems, ie, it will take mountains of work to transfer them over. What I need is a capable soul who has proof that they can get things like WINE running, etc, etc, without the fuss and bother I have to go through. The deal is this: You make sure you can install and run the software nominated below; I bring box comprising; AMD k2 500 processor First Computer Mainboard VA-503+ 524 mb Ram cd rom and burner 4.2 gb linux hdd 20 gb microshit 98 hdd linux 7.2 mandrake distro You install WINE, postgres SQL, Perl 5, Apache web server (or equal), etc - to get SQL Ledger running and show me in basic terms how to do it; If you can do it in 8 hrs @ $quote per hour you get the job; If you can't you don't.
