Don't. Rsh as someone else then "su" to root. Logging in remotely as
root is poor security. On some distro's, such as Debian, this is
disabled by default.

Also. I'd strongly recommend removing rsh / telnet / ftp et al and using
ssh instead, providing your intended usage of the box allows.
