At work I have a symlink from the windows partition at
/dos/Windows/profiles/users/mike/nsmail to /home/mikel/nsmail
Usually fetchmail pulls down my mail in Linux and any mail I want to go to the windows
box I just copy over manually. You can setup procmail to filter
the SWMBO out and append it to the Inbox on the dos partition. You just need to setup
the permissions so that procmail running as user=you can write
to the dos partition and her netscape Inbox.

There is no probs with the mailbox format. You can just copy it straight over.
Just make sure you dont overwrite previous mail but append it or put it in a new file.
