Galeon users! Sometimes in Galeon the scrolling locks to my mouse moevement i.e. when I move the mouse up and down, the window scrolls up/down.
Since I can't get my scrollmouse to work (yet/still) this can be handy but I can't work out how to activate it. I looked in themanual but caouldn't see anything on that.
