I wasn't aware of any "official" openoffice CD-ROMs.  Was this off a
magazine or something?  If so, it may still be in a tarball.  

OO still uses a setup binary to install, so something like 'find
/mnt/cdrom -name setup' may tell you where to find it.

Or, to take a rough stab in the dark, my first guess would somewhere
under "binaries"
