There is a small problem with the SiS6326 chipset. It does not like 8 or 16 
bit res very much in Linux. With only 4Mb you may have a problem with the 
higher resolutions (above 640x480). However, I purchased a 32Mb version 
(AGP)of that card for my daughter about 3 weeks ago for $55 new at North 
Rocks - got it from Westgate Technology I think. Something like this might be 
a good and cheap upgrade and will solve your problem.
