Well, if you're doing a clean install of just linux, you don't need your
windows files any more.

If you need to save them, surely you'll have them on the original media
(windows install cd/dos install cd).

If you're wanting to create a bootable dos cd - I'd suggest doing a
google search or looking at apps like Nero.  I'm sure the linux tools
can do it too but I wouldn't know how.
