Well whatever it is Alex, the kernel's having trouble with the system 
clock and 'init', process ID number 1 is having trouble working out how to 
keep things running. Do a google search on that motherboard and linux to 
see if there's any problems other people have had. Try it with various 
operating systems if you can to see if it's a genuine fault. Also try a 
couple of single disk linux distro's to see if they get off the ground, 
might be an issue with particular kernel's. Also, ensure the BIOSes on 
each of the machines have the same idea about the disk geometry.
