sun4m is 32 bit.

SS2000 is indeed sun4d, and it's definitely only 32 bits.  Whats more, 
this month is 5 years since Sun stopped shipping these machines, which
means that if you did have a Sun maintance contract on this box, it's
just about to run out...


The only Sun machines which are 64 bit are the various forms of "UltraSparc"
machines - ranging from the Ultra 1's (140Mhz UltraSparc) up to the SunFire
15K (up to 108 UltraSparc III's at 900Mhz each) and SunBlade 2000 (only
2 CPUs, but up to 1.05Ghz)
