I'd like to use a "Smart Relay" on a sendmail box that would send all
outbound email via a particular host, with the exception of
internal.mydomain.com - an exchange mail server which many users have
aliases pointing to. This it would need to talk directly with, not via the
smart relay.

When setting up the smart relay it relays everything out via the specified
host, including the mail that is destined for the internal host, redirected
via aliases. The smart relay can't communicate with directly with
internal.mydomain.com (for obvious reasons) and the mail goes walkabout.

Sendmail version is 8.9.3, a little old, but hidden behind another sendmail
box. Anyone have any advice as to how I can do this? I have googled, I
have looked at the sendmail.cf .. it's all R$+<$+@$+> to me.

Thanks,
Jarrod
