Hi, I've tried to a: do a new installation (twice) and b: upgrade Mandrake 8.1. The system locks up every time I try using it - tried using without X as well - no difference. I can log on, do a few things, connect to the internet, used links to go to some sites even - but it would lock up after a few minutes. Following is the message I get:
